AI assistant

Ask, check,
and you decide what goes in.

Ask the AI assistant questions or for help while your document stays open. AI doesn’t change the document by itself.

  • Check the source right awaySelect a number in an answer to go to the part of the document it came from.
  • Ask about table totals and settlements too“Calculation” marks a value worked out with a tool, and “Needs review” marks a number that couldn’t be confirmed in the document or a calculation. Take another look before you use it.
  • See it before it goes inNew content and edited text show up as a preview first, and go into the document only when you add them.

When Foruki helps

Start with an example
close to what you do.

No ready-made form? No problem. Start with text, then add tables and checklists when you need to organize.

The examples below are fictional and only explain the features. They are not real users' documents or reviews, and the example screens can't be edited.

Team meetings

Keep tasks moving after the meeting ends.

When the talk ran long and you still have to ask who agreed to do what.

How to write it
Write the agenda and decisions as text, and track follow-ups in a task table with an assignee, date and status.
How to work together
Signed-in teammates take notes together through a Can edit link, then start the next meeting with what's left.

Follow the meeting notes and the tasks that came out of them in one document.

Routine work & handovers

Turn the steps you explain every time into a template.

When you have to explain the same prep and steps all over again to each new person taking over.
