This policy applies to individual and workspace subscriptions purchased through Paddle on the Foruki website after paid sales begin.
This translation is provided for convenience. The Korean version prevails.
Initial payment refunds
For your first web subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the first monthly payment or 30 days of the first annual payment. This guarantee applies to the first purchase per account; statutory rights and compensation for service failures are not subject to this limit.
Renewal payment refunds
You can request a full refund within 7 days of a renewal payment if you have not used paid features since that renewal. Other voluntary cancellations do not receive prorated refunds; you can keep using the subscription until the paid period ends.
Cancel automatic renewal
Cancelling automatic renewal stops the next payment. Benefits continue through the paid period, and cancellation alone does not automatically refund past payments. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate: cancel automatic renewal with the purchase provider before deleting your account.
How to request a refund
Paddle handles web payments. Request a refund through the support link on your purchase receipt or Paddle.net, or contact Foruki for help. Processing follows Paddle procedures and applicable law. Do not send card numbers, passwords or verification codes in your inquiry.
Subscriptions purchased in an app
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow that store’s cancellation and refund procedures. Foruki does not guarantee approval of app purchase refunds.
Your data and statutory rights
Subscription expiry or a refund alone does not automatically delete existing documents or attachments. Other valid entitlements and existing terms are reassessed; features such as new uploads or invitations may be restricted if limits are exceeded. This policy does not limit consumer rights under applicable law.
