Dues payment status

Add members to the ‘Dues paid’ component below and mark who has paid.

•

When members change, update the people in the Dues paid component first.

☐

Shared the dues rules with members.

☐

Deleted the example line in the expense log.

☐

Wrote the balance each quarter and had a member check it.

☐

Added every member to the Dues paid component.

Mark the payment as “Paid” once confirmed, or “Unpaid” otherwise. Anyone with the link can see who paid, so share only with members and leave out bank account numbers. Signed-in members can choose “More → Save as a reusable set” and turn on “Include task table rows” to keep names and amounts in a new table for next month.
